1-Driver Age
According to the conditions specified in the insurance, the driver must be at least 21 years old in order to rent an economic vehicle in class. While 25 years old is accepted as the lower limit for middle and upper class vehicles. For luxury and large vehicles, the driver must be at least 28 years old .
2. License Period
Drivers who want to rent an economic, middle class or upper class vehicle must have a driving license of at least 2 years. However, this period is 3 years for luxury or large vehicles.
3. Additional Driver
A rented vehicle can be used by more than one person. The second or additional driver must be notified to us before the rental and the additional driver must be entered in the relevant field in the rental agreement. With this process, the additional driver is also included in the motor insurance coverage. The additional driver must also meet the age and license criteria specified for the main driver.
4. Mileage Limit
The mileage limit included in the price of the rented vehicle has been determined as 300 km per day. If the specified Km is exceeded, 1 TL mileage fee is applied. There is no Km limit for vehicles specified as "Unlimited". Please contact us about the mileage limit for long-term car rentals.
5. Payment Methods
In order to complete the car rental process, you must pay the whole or part of the rental fee (prepayment amount) by credit card or bank transfer. For all payment methods, you must have your credit card and driver's license with you when you receive your vehicle.
6. Deposit/Provision
Coverage is taken for traffic and parking fines, missing fuel, and damages that are not covered by the insurance that may occur during the period of using the rented vehicle. For this guarantee, a process called authorization is applied to the credit card. Provision is the process of blocking a certain amount on a credit card. For the authorization process, a credit card must be valid for at least 6 months and registered in the name of the main driver with a usable limit. The provision fee for rentals starts from 750 TL.
7. Important Conditions for Motor Insurance/Insurance
There are some basic requirements for motor own damage insurance to be valid. In case of alcohol and drug use, the validity of the insurance is completely excluded. In addition, the insurance is also invalid in case of non-compliance with the legal speed limits, the use of the vehicle by other people other than those specified in the contract, exceeding the load limit and driving the vehicle outside the highways. In order for the insurance to be valid, the traffic and alcohol reports must be kept at the time of the accident and delivered to the supplier where the vehicle was rented, within 48 hours at the latest.
8. In case of picking up your vehicle from the airport;
In order to pick up the vehicle from the airport, the flight information must be sent to our rental company via e-mail at the latest 24 hours before the vehicle is picked up, even if the flight information is not known during the rental. With the flight information, the steps of meeting on time and taking delivery of the vehicle in case of aircraft delays are provided safely.
9. Delivery and Returns
The rented vehicle should only be received from the address specified in the contract and must be returned to the address specified in the contract for return. Address delivery options are; It can be provided by us within the boundaries of the district or district where the rental is made. Except for these cases, it is not possible to make a delivery to the specified address within the borders of a different district or district by renting from any other district, due to our rental conditions. A maximum of one hour of waiting is accepted as an additional time while the vehicle is being delivered. If extra waiting is requested, an extra fee will be incurred. In case of early return of vehicles, no fee is refunded. Additional charges apply only if vehicles are returned late. For delays over 1 hour, users will be charged a 1-day rental fee.
10. Fuel
It is important for users to check the fuel tank level while the vehicle is being received. It is our request from our customers to return the rented vehicle with the same level of fuel. However, there is no extra refund for vehicles delivered with excess fuel. In case of missing fuel, fuel fee and service fee will be charged to our users.
11. HGS/OGS-Automatic Tolls
All of our vehicles have OGS or HGS. With this option, you can automatically switch from toll highways. The HGS/OGS fee is collected on the return of the vehicle, together with the service fee of + 10 TL as much as it is used. If HGS/OGS has never been used, no fee will be charged.
12. Going Abroad by Vehicle
It is not possible to go abroad with the vehicles rented in Turkey. Insurances lose their validity outside the country.
13. Cancellation procedures
No fee will be charged when you cancel your rental on the same day. A service fee of 40 TL will be refunded for cancellations made 24 hours before the start of the rental. Service fees that are not refunded in the cancellation process will be reflected as a discount in your next rental transaction.
